Ref. 1010416In this position you will be the first point of contact for the managers and employees within Sales Benelux, R&D, Product Marketing and various other smaller teams. You will act as a business partner supporting managers with HR matters. You will actively provide support by implementing various (European) HR tools, programs, policies and procedures in line with their European strategy and policies. In addition, you will also support Managers with the appropriate recruitment, retention and leavers management. As part of the Benelux HR support team you will pro-actively support the overall strategy to be part of the Benelux HR platform to support the company to reach the short-term, mid-term and long-term objectives. You will participate in defined HR projects for the region and you are able to recognize specialties in our organization that needs pro-active HR attention or support.
