HR Advisor (HR Adviseur) 24-32 hrResponsibilities:- - Serve as a key advisor for HR processes towards associates; - Function in an active and influential business advisory role with executives in order to drive business results; - Leverage broader HR resources to drive change in leadership & organizational development, compensation and staffing; - Developing and implementing staffing, learning and retention strategies, leadership and organizational development, diversity, compensation management and delivery, performance management, workforce planning,, increasing associate satisfaction and engagement; - Hands on in administrative tasks eg. labour contracts, sick leave, holiday administration, personnel planning and all other HR administrative related tasks.
