We are looking for an HR Manager Benelux based in AmsterdamThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated senior HR professional. You will join our rapidly growing and successful company, in a fast paced role and exciting environment. You will be responsible for shaping and driving the people agenda's across our business, you'll also be providing full HR support and development to managers and employees at all levels so a willingness to roll up your sleeves is key. You will report to the HR Director and will be a full member of the HR Management Team. This role would suit an ambitious individual who revels in new challenges. You will need to be multi-talented, able to complete a wide variety of tasks and be passionate about adding value to your customers.Key Responsibilities* Be the business partner, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to (senior) management in all aspects of HR;* Manage a team of 4 HR advisors* Be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions;* Be responsible for Talent Management within the Benelux (developing internal talent and bringing in external talent);* Responsible for performance management, working with your key stakeholders to resolve potentials issues.* Develop en implement global HR initiatives and ensure that local activities are aligned to the global HR strategy;* Work closely with HR colleagues, contribute to HR projects, and providing ideas and suggestions;* Work with the HR Services Team to ensure compensation and benefits are coordinated and administered accurately within the Benelux;* Establish good relations and work closely with the works council* Keep up to date with legal requirements, providing suggestions for changes if required.
