HR Manager Europe/Asia
Our client is a global player, which produces industrial products, coatings and resins for a business-to-business market. The organisation is in the middle of a transition period to a stand alone global business. The Dutch office coordinates various activities in Europe and Asia. We are looking for an HR Manager to manage the HR division in these regions and to support the VP HR in continuing the transition period. The accountabilities are to provide expertise to develop, implement and administer HR policies, systems and processes. Advise line management for example on the following areas: compensation & benefits, performance management and organisation effectiveness. You have an university degree and several completed relevant HR courses. Fluency in English and Dutch is a must. You are willing to travel . Ideally you have successfully played a key HR role in either a US based international company or an international company with US sites. At least ten years experience in Human Resources in a complex international organization. You have a proven track record in leading organizational change. Experience in the area of industrial relations and best practice knowledge with respect to compensation & benefits prerequisites. You are a strong personality with a "can do" mentality and the drive to meet high standards. Self-starter, open minded, dynamic and flexible. You show perseverance, good judgment and strong communication skills to build trusting relationships at all levels. Flexible and "hands on". Excellent HR experience and communication skills, together with the ability to manage issues across multiple countries and good attention to detail.
