HR Manager - Genzyme
Your accountabilities are:- All-round HR advisory and management role (supports 350 fte + 150 contractors) in complex international organization;- Provides support to managers with regard to recruitment, training & development, performance management, reward, compensation & benefits, health & safety and employee relations; - The main focus in this high tech organization is on organizational effectiveness (performance, HR policies and processes), effective staffing and employee development;- Contributes to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes;- Reports to Director HR and works together with other HR Manager, Senior HR BP in UK, Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development.
