As HR Manager at Kawasaki you are responsible for developing, implementing and managing all relevant activities in the field of HR. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:- - manage a small HR team (one HR assistant and two frontdesk employees)- evaluate the internal employment policies and propose amendments when requiered- prepare and monitor the yearly appraisal system and execute the follow up- recruitment- provide monthly headcount reports- control absenteeism - advise on and handle training and education requests- monitor a consistent application of HR instruments- control HR budget and business planning reports- health & safety; being responsible for BHV- being the secretary to the Works Council consultative meetings
