Overall- Manages (in EU matrix) HR Advisors and HR Coordinators, (approx 3-4 fte)- Works as business partner with local People Partners, Leadership Teams and the RST Director Europe to develop and execute the full People Services agenda and priorities for the local office across all functions (administration & policies, recruiting, junior development and staffing)- Leads daily People Services operations, coaches/develops staff working in these areas towards success and high-quality output and contributes in a hands-on way to:- Administration & Policies- Management reporting, including capacity planning & reporting- Budgets- Legal/special cases (e.g. termination, grievance etc.), from negotiations all the way to contractual finalisation and documentation- Under guidance of the RST Director Europe, liaises with global functional People Services groups to ensure as needed the implementation of the regional People Services Agenda, setting clear specifications- Contributes strongly as a team member of the European People Services team, sharing experiences and practices with team members from other regions. Including participation in European and global projects as requested by the RST Director Europe.- Advises on and implements HR policies and procedures- Oversees the on-boarding process of all new hires and transfers- Oversees all contractual arrangements between the Firm and staff, e.g. offer letters, transfers, MBA sponsorship and Leave of Absence agreements- Operates as a centre of expertise on key issues such as dismissals, grievances, sick pay/health issues and in line with accepted company policy- Negotiates separation agreements (up to Principal level) and ensures handover of transitioning client staff to career transitioning / alumni function- Manages local office salary and benefits structure for all staff in co-operation with RST Director Europe and local People Partner- Manages local staff appraisal process (both non-client and client staff) with People Partner, Staffing and Development Managers ensuring consistency and advising on and overseeing appropriate follow-up and development- Liaises with finance department to ensure completeness and accuracy in all capacity management matters - Manages Payroll
