HR Manager (Universitair) - Select HR, Amsterdam
For the site in Amsterdam, our client is currently looking for a HR Manager. As an HR Manager you are part of the Management Team and responsible for developing and implementing a HR policy based on the clients HR strategy and site requirements, ensuring the availability of required manpower, an effective organisational structure and working climate. Do you have at least 10 years of (international) HR experience? Do you have experience within an unionised site and do you know how to manage CLA agreements? Are you a manager focussed on team development and do you want to take the HR department to a higher level? The job of HR Manager could be interesting to you.
