Payroll Manager - Adidas
The purpose of this position is to handle the administration and accounting payroll process of the BV's (Holland and Belgium) and provide management information to all Department Heads with in the BV's. In the BV's we have around 850 (including 150 international) employees.VerantwoordelijkhedenThe Payroll Manager is responsible for all services relative to the international payroll ( + Belgium ), administrative issues and for delivery of documents to authorities. Perform administrative and financial - tax related duties requiring knowledge of department/company policy's and procedures in support of the HR departments.* Supports all activities necessary to have an updated HR / payroll service available for i.e.* Monthly salary administration - management, basic salary questions, Monthly reports (headcount, leave, audit), Statistics (CBS, ect.). * Supports all activities necessary to have an updated HR / payroll system / SAP.* Manage external SAP consultant in order to make sure the SAP system is running smooth.* Run administratively process of annual Bonus and Salary round in cooperation with Compensation & Benefits department locally / Herzo.* Special Projects (like PCP, online pay slip, Employee Self Service and others).* Coordinating and manage pension and healthcare data to Broker / various Insurance Institutes.* Coordinating of fin/accounting issues with Finance and accounting. * Coordinating and executing of payments/reporting for Tax and Social Security (UWV) including year end reporting.* Assisting HRM in yearly budget process. PCP / Personal Cost Planning responsibility.* Makes sure all processes are written down in a Pay Roll Manual.* Managing 2 payroll assistants on a daily basis.
