- Assists Global Commerce in the planning and roll out of the training courses of the Global Commerce University;- Is the interface between HR and the Global Commerce University and aligns programs with HR processes and tools;- Plans the participation of attendees, addresses priority issues in the planning and provides the communication to the participants;- Coordinates the preparation of the training courses with the trainers, facility management and traffic;- Coordinates and reports the feedback of the training courses;- Proposes solutions and provides initiatives to improve the training courses;- Identifies possible issues and addresses them;- Works closely together with the Course Manager, trainers, participants and the Managers of Global Commerce and with Global, regional and local HR teams;- Reports to the Director Marketing Capabilities.
