Bedrijfsprofiel Compensation Advisor/Analyst Compensation Advisor/Analyst for the Human Resources department of a well-known dynamique, international bank. The businesses of this international bank are serviced by four HR units: HR Advice, Recruitment, Talent Management, Training & Learning and Business Management. As Compensation Advisor/Analyst you will be based in the unit Business Management. In total around 35 professionals support the various business areas in region the Netherlands; in good cooperation with the colleagues of the global HR departments regarding their regions abroad. Functieomschrijving Compensation Advisor/AnalystThe Compensation Advisor/Analyst will provide compensation advice and prepare decision making in The Netherlands. This will include analysis of market data surveys, year end compensation, maintaining internal and external relationships in the Dutch wholesale market and translating regulatory procedures into policies for the bank. Due to the complex changes in law and regulations for the Financial Industry this new position is created in which you work with different HR advisors, Business Managers and partners. You will develop, implement and maintain the Compensation arrangements. You will will be the subject matter expert and compensation co-ordinator.Functiecriteria Compensation Advisor/Analyst * Academic degree (preferably in Economics) * At least 5 years compensation specific experience (preferably in the financial industry) * Knowledge of Dutch regulatory environment * Knowledge of Dutch market * Experience of using and applying benchmarking data * Fluent in Dutch AND English is a MUST Although teamplayer you are a selfstarter with strong Project Management skills.
