Then we have a great opportunity for you.Functieomschrijving Operations Manager As Operations Manager in Burkina Faso you will be responsible for managing the factory and office with around 55 local employees. Core business of the company is the production, cleaning, transformation and commercialisation of sesame and other cereal and oleaginous products. The organization is a joint venture with three other solid organisations which have been working for several years in Burkina Faso and elsewhere in the world. You will be hired for one year to begin with to develop and put down a solid structure in the organization. Functiecriteria Operations Manager * Bachelor/Academic education (preferably agriculture, economics, international business) * At least 5 years of relevant working experience * Experience with Finance & HR * Knowledge of production environments * Solid knowledge of French & English is a must We require an Operations Manager with an adventurous attitude who is willing to move to Africa for one year to begin with. You know how to structure organizations with respect for local culture and environments. An innovative & creative mind will be necessary. Of course you will get back-up from one of the joint venture partners in Holland.
