As Senior Recruiter at SKF you focus yourself on job profiles at an academic level specialized in Research & Development and Technology. Examples of positions are: Engineers, Technicians, Researchers and Project Leaders.- - You have a strategic view of recruitment and take initiatives to improve the internal recruitment process - You have your own portfolio of vacancies and are responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z- Towards internal partners you have an advisory and executive role - You are the first point of contact for external agencies- You are responsible for the administrative part of the recruitment process, such as scheduling the interviews, assessments, maintaining the Recruitment Tool and the digital posting of vacancies Besides recruitment, an important responsibility of the Senior Recruiter is to promote SKF into the labor market.- You have a leading role regarding the organization of recruitment events and campaigns in collaboration with internal partners- You represent SKF at recruitment events and fairs and give presentations- You build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners (such as colleges and universities)- You are familiar with social media and introduce new ideas and creativity into SKF
